Hyperpigmentation and dark spot treatment
The appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation is often the result of sun exposure, hormonal changes, or the passage of time. The treatment aims to even out the skin tone, fade distracting discolorations, and restore a more radiant, uniform complexion.
The advanced laser technology of Alma Harmony XL PRO targets various types of pigment lesions while sparing the surrounding tissues.
We perform the treatment using a personalized laser protocol, tailored to the severity of the pigmentation concern.
The Dye-VL and Q-Switched Nd:YAG technologies utilized in the Alma Harmony XL PRO system make it possible to target both superficial and deeper pigment lesions, even on darker skin types.
How does the treatment take place?
To treat more superficial pigment lesions, we apply the Harmony XL Pro Dye-VL technology, which targets areas with increased pigment concentration using controlled light energy. For deeper or more stubborn dark spots, the Q-Switched Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser can be used, which breaks down accumulated pigment into smaller particles using high-energy, extremely short pulses.
